Marketing Cloud Consultant.

We are looking for a Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be central to our astonishingly great service model, working daily with one or more Revely clients to design technical solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Type: Full-Time Role

Your regular job responsibilities will include:

MARKETING CLOUD

  • Manage and configure SFMC tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows, automations, and integrations to ensure seamless marketing operations.
  • Build and maintain segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content rules to maximize campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage AMPscript to support personalization and automation objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, troubleshooting, and SFMC administration processes.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure that internal teams and clients effectively utilize SFMC’s features.

SALESFORCE (CORE) 

  • Perform day-to-day administrative support for Sales and/or Service Cloud, including field and object management, flow development and user and profile management. 
  • Ensure data governance and compliance by implementing data privacy policies, data mapping, and data validation rules.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor the performance and impact of data initiatives on marketing outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to design and optimize data strategy that align with marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Train clients and team members on core capabilities, ensuring that they maximize the value of the platform.

Candidates for this role will have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Informatics, Business, or related study
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce end user or Admin 
  • Active Salesforce certifications, in any of the following:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Proficiency in AMPScript and delivering solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party applications
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients and leading conversations that drive outcomes 
  • Prior experience working for or partnering with Marketing and Sales teams
