The Winter 2025 release for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement brings exciting enhancements designed to elevate your marketing strategies and streamline your workflows. This update includes significant integrations with both Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, improvements in data management, and valuable features to optimize your overall campaign effectiveness. Let’s dive into the key updates and how they can benefit your marketing efforts.
Account Engagement x Marketing Cloud
Customers can now access Salesforce Marketing Cloud from Account Engagement, introducing a fresh campaign creation process. This innovative experience leverages your historical Account Engagement activity, consent data, and existing assets, allowing you to design more effective campaigns that resonate with your audience.
Account Engagement x Data Cloud
Integrate form and landing page engagement data into Data Cloud to create calculated insights, personalize your messaging, and build targeted segments. You can now also develop up to 25 Data Cloud segments per business unit for dynamic lists in Account Engagement. This increase offers greater flexibility for audience targeting and segmentation.
API’s & Integrations
Take control of your prospect deletion processes with newfound flexibility. Now you can pause, resume, or cancel bulk deletion requests initiated from either the API or UI, ensuring that your records remain accurate. Enhance your insights further with the option to ingest form and landing page engagement data into Data Cloud, allowing for smarter, data-driven decisions. Plus, you can now manage tags, read and query permanent deletion requests, and send list emails through the Account Engagement API.
Other Enhancements
Other Account Engagement enhancements include the ability to copy various file types directly to your Salesforce CMS workspace, enhancing content management and accessibility. You can now open Account Engagement system email links directly in the Lightning App, streamlining processes for a more integrated experience. Additionally, with the new duplicate prospects tool under the Optimizer, you can automatically identify records with shared email addresses, allowing you to merge duplicates effectively and keep your database clean.
With these Winter 2025 updates, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is poised to help you optimize your marketing strategies, enhance your data management practices, and deliver more personalized customer experiences.
